Register for Camp Powell Summer Camp

June 26 - 30, 2023 in Wrightwood, CA

Registration will close after Monday, June 5.

Any child entering 3rd grade and under must attend with a parent or guardian. 1st grade and under will sleep with the parent/guardian of same gender.

Steps to Complete Registration:

  1. Fill out either Adult/Camper Registration OR Counselor Registration
  2. Camp Waiver (for every person attending camp)
  3. Medical Release form (for minors attending camp without a parent)
  4. Payment
  5. *NEW Safe Environment Training through Diocese of Phoenix is required for all those attending camp age 18 and older. This needs to be completed prior to camp. After registration, someone will reach out to you about this.*

ADULT & CHILD REGISTRATION

$350 1 person attending
$700 2 persons attending
$1,000 3 persons attending
$1,250 4 persons attending
$1,500 5 or more persons attending

*Family plan pricing is for a family unit including just immediate family members (i.e. parents and their children under the age of 18)

*Add $25 per person attending Scandia (7th-12th grade)

Camp Waiver & Medical Release Form

EVERY person needs to fill out a camp waiver prior to arriving at camp. Please click on the link below to submit.

Medical Release forms are required for all participants under age 18 who will be attending camp without a parent/guardian. Please fill out the form below. If a parent is attending camp with their child, but they have any medical concerns/special needs please fill this out, so our camp nurse (and counselors) can be aware of any medical needs.
